4 week/4 module Class
Do you work in a fast-paced work place and find yourself always playing the catch-up game, struggling to manage and prioritize your to-dos? As a result have you lost sight of your life purpose? Learn how to drive a life of fun and purpose; keep in touch with your passion and improve your goal-setting skills. Techniques to stay focused, manage your time and energy and get internally motivated will be discussed. Class is a combination of lecture, group discussion and self work.
Total 8 contact hours, 4 sessions, 3 convenient dates and times, choose one:
1. March 15, 22, 29 and April 5| 2:30 - 4:30 PM PST| Days of Week: 4 Fridays
2. March 28, April 4, 18, 24 | 6:30-8:30PM PST |Days of the week: 3 Thursdays, 1 Wednesday
3. April 19, 26, May 3, 10 |2:30 - 4:30 PM PST | Days of Week: 4 Fridays

If you like group learning environment and want to learn a few concepts and mostly practice independently then this
would be a good fit for you. All you need to do is make sure you can make time for the scheduled classes and be open to
participate in group discussions.
