My colleague Anu Arora and I had a great time reflecting on the journey that made us who we have become. We first reflected on our time on the International Coaching Federation Wahington State board as the President and Vice president, where we created a sandbox with a simple idea to promote coaching to the market. In the second part, I shared how I applied to learning towards self-compassion, heightening the quality of listening and being more present in conversations, coaching, and beyond.
One of our colleagues described it as:
This was an excellent conversation that captured the path of continuous learning and inner transformation.
In this episode of the Mindful Leader Practices podcast, I sit down with Sharmin Banu, a seasoned executive coach with over twenty-five years of experience in tech leadership.
Sharmin has not only navigated the complexities of the tech industry but has also been a guiding force for numerous leaders, from VPs to startup C-suite executives. Join us as she shares her extraordinary journey, insights, and the lessons she’s learned along the way.
Sharmin is a dear friend and colleague with whom I share a special bond, so this is an extraordinary conversation just in time for Thanksgiving.
I owe her gratitude for many things, including this conversation.
