Workshop: Conflict Resolution

Sharmin’s introduction to LedBy was a blessing. Her passion for our work spoke volumes through her time commitment to creating a conflict resolution workshop designed for Indian Muslim women. Her workshop was personal and intimate and had the essence of practicality and aspiration. Her shared experiences with the stakeholders that were part of the session added a sense of belonging. One left the session with a renewed sense of confidence of “I can do it”, and I, along with others in attendance, will keep some of these lessons for life.

I had the pleasure of working with Sharmin as an executive coach. Going into the program, I was skeptical of what to expect from the engagement. However, working with her has been one of the most transformative and important career investment decisions I’ve ever made. After a few meetings, we could connect on a different tier. She unearthed my inner core through thoughtful reflection and reasoning to stay true to my values. She is truly a force of nature and showed me that I could benefit from coaching when I perhaps asked her one time what to expect from this venture.
