I had the pleasure of working with Sharmin as an executive coach. Going into the program, I was skeptical of what to expect from the engagement. However, working with her has been one of the most transformative and important career investment decisions I’ve ever made. After a few meetings, we could connect on a different tier. She unearthed my inner core through thoughtful reflection and reasoning to stay true to my values. She is truly a force of nature and showed me that I could benefit from coaching when I perhaps asked her one time what to expect from this venture. Now I can say it’s transformational to put things into practice and observe the results play out.

We started working together on this journey with a more traditional approach, setting goals, writeups, etc. Soon, I realized it was not about following a model or process but about exercising it as a day-to-day action. My goals just fell in place and will continually help me become a better leader.
