I’ve had the pleasure of working with Sharmin for the past six months. My bi-weekly conversations with her have become a critical part of my leadership toolkit. Especially as we navigate post-pandemic shifts in communication styles and workplace culture, I’ve appreciated having Sharmin in my corner. She’s become a great partner to me, and I look forward to our continued work!

I highly recommend Sharmin as an executive coach. She has helped me scale my organization and become a next-level leader in the past few months. She does this by asking great questions and taking the time to understand you as an individual. By doing this, she has great insight into what you need to change and/or enhance with actionable, specific feedback and recommendations. If you are looking to take the next step as a leader, I recommend you work with Sharmin.

The session (team coaching) was very powerful as we did some deep sharing and exploring together. We collectively realized that we would like to move toward a more collaborative way of being and working together as a team. We committed to continuing to explore it by asking questions about our process as we go along and engaging in occasional developmental sessions that are not centered around checking off tasks.
I am very encouraged about the shift we are on the edge of, and I am grateful to you for your observations and the nudges. You are a very good coach! Thank you, Sharmin, for your wisdom, support, and encouragement.

Workshop: Conflict Resolution

Sharmin’s introduction to LedBy was a blessing. Her passion for our work spoke volumes through her time commitment to creating a conflict resolution workshop designed for Indian Muslim women. Her workshop was personal and intimate and had the essence of practicality and aspiration. Her shared experiences with the stakeholders that were part of the session added a sense of belonging. One left the session with a renewed sense of confidence of “I can do it”, and I, along with others in attendance, will keep some of these lessons for life.
